Tim Thomas is an accomplished Chief Operating Officer with 25 years of experience in sales and business operations. Known for optimizing processes, driving revenue growth, and enhancing customer experiences, Tim has a proven track record of delivering impactful results.
He has successfully expanded marketing teams to thousands of distributors and implemented sales metrics and training practices that ensure sustainable growth. One of his standout achievements is a customer retention program that generated $60 million in its first year, demonstrating his ability to align strategies with business goals and improve customer loyalty.
Tim’s expertise extends to designing regulatory-compliant compensation packages and developing acquisition strategies that drive market penetration. His leadership has also driven a financial marketing agency to gross $30 million in its first year, underscoring his operational and strategic prowess.
Tim resides in Tennessee with his wife Michelle and their three grown children.

Josh Kelley is a U.S. Army veteran, and co-owner of BizPower Benefits. His career has been shaped by military service, entrepreneurship, and a passion for helping business owners take care of their employees.
Josh attended the University of North Alabama on an ROTC scholarship and served in both the Infantry and in the Army’s Finance Corps. His entrepreneurial background includes owning a car wash, used car dealership, limousine service, and wrecker service. Those ventures taught him lasting lessons about leadership, hard work, and navigating both success and failure.
He entered the insurance industry in 2009, spending six years coaching agency owners before opening his own Allstate agencies. His work eventually led him into employee benefits and the founding of Citadel Benefits Group in 2019, which later became part of BizPower Benefits.
Outside of work, Josh serves on the Elder Board at Faith Church and the board of the Muscle Shoals Education Foundation. He is an avid watch collector who enjoys the craftsmanship, history, and friendships that come with the hobby. Above all, he values life with his wife, Tasha, and their three daughters, Sydney, Sadie, and Sophia.

Michelle Thomas is a dynamic leader with a proven track record in building and leading high-performing sales teams. With over 7,000 people in her organization, she was recognized as one of the first “Diamond” leaders in a top marketing company. Michelle’s passion for empowering others has been the driving force behind her success, helping countless individuals achieve six-figure incomes through her coaching and mentorship.
In addition to her extensive experience in sales and marketing, Michelle leads the BizPower360 insurance brokerage, bringing a wealth of expertise in these areas. In total, she has over two decades of experience in sales operations and management, and has honed her ability to inspire and lead diverse teams.
Michelle is equally proud of her personal achievements, including being married to her best friend, Tim, for over 24 years, and raising three amazing children.

He is known for his strong leadership, innovative thinking, and dedication to business growth. His deep industry knowledge allows him to guide companies through complex challenges and position them for long-term success.
A resident of Oklahoma for nearly 40 years, Chris values his faith, family, and community. He and his wife of 32 years have raised four children, maintaining a strong commitment to both family life and professional excellence.

For 20 years, Simon Chatfield owned a successful software development firm that created custom enterprise applications for global companies, including Apple, ESPN, Intel, IBM, and American Express. The Chatfield Group also developed over 400 custom software systems for small and mid-sized companies with unique business processes, highlighting similar challenges faced by both large and small organizations.
After exiting his consulting firm, Simon leveraged his experiences to build the Optimum platform, a revolutionary approach to software that adapts to a company’s needs without the excessive costs associated with full custom builds.

Phillip Milakovic is a seasoned digital marketing professional with over 15 years of experience, managing nearly $90 million in marketing spend across various industries.
